Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the material has not been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained.
- To cancel your order, please fill out our contact us form with your order ID and relevant details. We will review your request and notify you within 1-2 business days about the cancellation status via email.
If your order is cancelled successfully, a refund will be initiated after the product has been returned to us and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be credited to your account within 3-4 working days.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
In cases where you wish to cancel after the item has been dispatched, ibuychemikals.com reserves the sole right to accept or reject the cancellation request.

Return & Replacement Policy
Return Eligibility:
- Products can only be returned in cases of defective / quality issue, damaged, or wrong items received.
- The return request must be initiated within 2 working days from the delivery date. We do not accept returns for products that are no longer needed or falsely reported as defective.
Return Process:- To initiate a return, you can either use self-courier services or fill out our contact us form to arrange for a reverse /return pickup from the delivered location.
- You are required to upload / email to support@ibuychemikals.com with clear images of the product, packaging, and shipment label when submitting a return request.
You must raise a return request within 2 days of product delivery. Failure to meet this timeline will make the product ineligible for return.

- Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, invoice, and all included accessories.
- Items that have been altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy
Refund for Returned Products:
- Refunds for returned products will be processed once the items are received and inspected by our team. The refund process may take 7-15 business days depending on the payment method used.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT/Bank Transfer.
Refund Timeline:- UPI: 2-3 business days
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Credit Card: 7-12 business days
- For COD orders, refunds via NEFT may take up to 10-12 business days.
Non-refundable Items:- Tampered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Products returned beyond the specified return window, without proper packaging, or damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Status:
You will be notified once the refund process is initiated. If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, please contact us for further assistance. -
General Terms
- The return, replacement, and cancellation policy will apply only when the buyer follows the processes outlined above.
- False or frivolous complaints about product quality or delivery will disqualify the buyer from refunds or replacements.
