9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamilnadu.

A User can place an order for the required product on the website of Company after filing in the KYC Form and/or other details as would be required by Company. After the order has been placed by the User, Company shall verify the details and only on complete satisfaction of Company, Company shall send a confirmation of the order to the User. The User agrees that any order placed by it can be cancelled at any time, either wholly or partly, at the sole discretion of Company.
On sending the order confirmation to the User, Company shall on a best endeavor basis try to deliver the order on or before the stipulated time as mentioned in order confirmation, either by itself or through its affiliates. User agrees there may be delays on delivery of the order. Such delay shall not give the User a right to seek/claim damages/compensation from Company.
Company shall fulfill its obligation to deliver the order when it/ its affiliate has handed over the goods as per the order confirmation into the charge of the carrier. All applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees, special packaging materials, carrier surcharges and hazardous material fees, etc, imposed by government regulations will be added to the order confirmation invoice.

Purchaser /users ’re not to distribute or re sell the chemicals for any purpose and purchaser will not use the product /chemical for illegal activities, hazardous misuse.
Purchaser acknowledge and agree that the chemicals are to be used only in accordance with the instructions, guidelines, and safety protocols mandated by law. The seller is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the buyer's failure to adhere to these instructions or guidelines.

Enhanced online services allow you to register and obtain a user ID to assist us in providing the User with online services. The information that the Company collects about you may be used to track User’s purchase history and payment history and other transactions User may have with the Company.

User shall ensure to inspect the shipment order upon receipt. If any external damage is noticed, receive the shipment only when the delivery personnel has made a note of the damage on his and the User shipment order copy.
On opening the shipment and discovery of the shipment being damaged, User should request an inspection by the carrier within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the shipment or else User shall relinquish the right to make a claim. All packaging material should be kept intact in case of inspection. Company, at its discretion, reserves the right to either replace the product or credit the returned order.

All orders shall be prepaid. Payment has to be made in full at the time of placing the order.

All taxes wherever applicable (Local, State or Central) will be added to the order confirmation invoice.

After placing an order, user(s) cannot cancel the order. For cancelling their order, user(s) should contact Customer Support by sending an email giving Order ID. In case ibuychemikals.com receives cancellation e-mail after the order is processes, then under such a situation the order cannot be cancelled. Ibuychemikals has the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not and the user(s)/buyer cannot dispute the decision made by ibuychemikals under any circumstances and will accept ibuychemikals decision regarding the cancellation as final. The user will have to pay the actual Bank Charges when the order is cancelled.

No order can be cancelled or changed in whole or in part without the prior written consent of ibuychemikals. Shipment of Products cannot be extended beyond the original shipping date specified without TBPL written consent.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 5 to 7 working days.

• For products that are listed at an incorrect price
• Under a situation where ibuychemikals may not be able to meet the requirements of the order placed
• Order so placed/cancelled does not comply with ibuychemikals policy
• In cases of goods unavailability or service problem
• If the product sent for replacement/ damaged is not available (ibuychemikals will try to give possible alternatives for the user(s) to select and if not acceptable then refund will be made)
• If product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
• The delivery address is out-side the service area
• For any other reason.

This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. However, ibuychemikals will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the user(s) and 100% refund be made within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

If it becomes necessary to return a product, kindly contact Company directly. Request to return a product shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the User. User to make sure that all returns have been authorized by Company in order to ensure proper credit. Each return must include the following information:

• Customer Name and Address
• Purchase Order No.
• Invoice No.
• Date of Invoice
• Product Code
• Company Return Authorization No
• Reason for Return

An order will be eligible for refund only on satisfying one or more of the below conditions. Your entire order amount will be refunded through NEFT/RTGS within 7-10 working days

• The product delivered was entirely different from the one for which order was placed.
• Receiving an expired product.
• Remote locations and areas marked as undeliverable by logistics provider.

Unless otherwise stated, Company and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all the intellectual property rights are reserved.

User shall not be entitled to:

• Use any material from the website for any purpose, other than for placing relevant orders for the required products
